What are the precautions for dust bag?
1) The old cloth bags of the new process should not be mixed to avoid the different damage time affecting the normal operation of the dust removal equipment.
2) The aging of the cloth bag. If it is mainly caused by the following reasons, it is necessary to investigate the cause, take measures to eliminate it and replace the dust filter bag.It hardens and shrinks due to abnormal high temperature;①It hardens and shrinks due to abnormal high temperature;②It reacts with the vapor of acid, alkali or organic solvent;③It reacts with moisture.
3) The filter cloth should not be hung too loosely or too tightly.
4) Blow out the replaced cloth bag with compressed air first, and then check whether there are any holes. If the bag is covered by dust, rinse it with water, and leave it to be replaced after drying.
5) Blockage of the dust bag. When the cloth bag is blocked, the resistance increases, which can be shown by the increase in the reading of the differential pressure gauge. Clogged bags are the main cause of bag wear, perforation, and falling off. The cause of the clogging of the dust bag is checked and repaired according to the table below. The following measures are generally taken:①Temporarily strengthen the cleaning to eliminate the blockage of the cloth bag;②Partially or completely replace the cloth bag;③Adjust the installation and operating conditions.
