Product Description

• Material:  acrylic fiber + acrylic base cloth
• Trade Name: Homopolyacrylonitrile
• Acid and alkali resistance: excellent acid and alkali resistance between PH 3-10
• Applicable temperature: medium and normal temperature, continuous use temperature ≤140℃, instantaneous use temperature ≤160℃
• Product features: corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, hydrolysis resistance, good temperature resistance, high tensile strength, stable fabric size, good wear resistance, good porosity, good air permeability, long service life, etc.
• Service life: 1-2 year

Acrylic fiber (homopolyacrylonitrile fiber) needle-punched filter felt shows good resistance to organic solvents, oxidants, inorganic and organic acids under medium and low temperature environments, does not undergo hydrolysis, and can replace polyester at low temperatures. Polypropylene needle-punched felt has higher elastic modulus, tensile strength and temperature resistance.
