The P84 needle punched filter felt produced by our company adopts the polyimide fiber P84 produced by Austrian Lenzing Inspec Fiber Company, and the similar products also include the French Kernel® fiber. P84 fiber filter material has no melting temperature and is naturally golden yellow. P84 polyimide fiber filter media is not hygroscopic fiber filter media (at 65% relative humidity, about 3% water absorption).
The material has excellent high temperature resistance, chemical resistance and wear resistance. It is a high temperature resistant synthetic fiber and is not resistant to hydrolysis. Has a tri-lobe-shaped cross-section. The increase of the surface area of the single fiber makes it effectively capture particles belonging to the non-thermoplastic fiber, and the abrasion ability of the glass fiber by pulse cleaning is relatively strong. It can replace glass fiber under the working conditions that require wear resistance.
P84 dust bag has always been a member of the high-priced dust bag in the high temperature dust bag, but the use of P84 dust bag will get a good dust removal effect. Commonly used in harsh working conditions of high temperature corrosion.
Post-processing methods: singeing and calendering, high temperature setting, water and oil repellency, antistatic, PTFE coating, emulsion dipping, surface coating.

1. Before the exhaust gas enters the filter bag, it is better to carry out desulfurization treatment;
2. Nitrogen oxide content NOx < 600mg/Nm3;

4. Oxygen content O2 < 22%, water H2O < 35%.
